You won’t get a stock plan or automated feedback. Your training plan will be specific to your fitness level, schedule, and race goals. Every workout will have a purpose, and I’ll adjust the plan based on how your body responds.

To give you the attention and support you deserve, your coach will limit the number of athletes they work with at any given time. They’ll be present, responsive, and fully invested in your success.

Your Coach
Hey! I’m Andrew Pozza, a RRCA Level 1 Certified Coach and passionate long-distance runner with a deep love for the sport. My running journey started in March 2020 at the age of 40, and I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned along the way.
We’ll have a one-on-one call to talk about your goals and if my coaching is a good fit. After that, I’ll write you a customized plan to achieve your goals together!
Your Training Plan
After your consultation, you’ll receive a customized training plan that’s accessible on to go. View your workouts and log your progress right from your phone.
Workouts will be uploaded in two week cycles, so you’ll always have a preview for what’s ahead.
